Nothing complicated. Just turn on the mission on Chaos, and in the camp before the battle, go to the menu and select Secret Weapon. The conditions for opening a weapon will be written there. Just fulfill them, and upon completion of the conditions, a Secret Weapon, type and name, will pop up right during the battle weapons!
