Try to Join a game form a rank 18 and playing one of those "Boss" only stage. The higher the rank of the host makes the enemies weak. You can farm easily here since the enemies spawn until the boss is defeated. I once got around 80+ kills in one session assuming you have a higher rank and high tier MS like Gundam Unicorn with upgraded stats and skills

I'd recommend the Ultimate Enemy - boss is the Dark Gundam, and it's stationary. Get a buddy and take out the minion MS and keep AWAY from the Dark Gundma and it's extra heads.

As Zymesh said try to find a good map where the host is level 18 so the enemy's are not to hard to kill if u got a strong gundam.
I found it easy to find a co-op parnter and set the map for 2 players only. Go to a normal stage and defeat all boss intel u get to the final area and leave the boss alive and just kill all other mobile suits around. U should be able to get around 100+ kills on one play. Just make sure you watch the timer. After you get your 1000 kills you should return the favor for your friend so he can get his.
Please note if your going for the 100 online plays then just play normally and you should get easy enough.

You will probably unlock this while going for the “Online Play 100” trophy. The fields don’t have as many grunts as regular single player mode missions, if you are playing co-op with a friend try taking turns or if you are playing with randoms try making it to the field first and get your kills before they do and even then you should still obtain enough Shot Downs going for 100 Missions.
