How to unlock the Budding Strategist achievement in Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce - Definitive Guide

Once you get 2 officer cards of the same force(Wei, Wu, Shu, Other), element(fire, water, wood, dark, light), or rank(lord, officer, strategist), start up a mission. Select tactics from the pre-mission preparation screen, and put one of the combinations listed above in the same area of the map. Once you reach this area the tactic will be used and the achievement will be unlocked.
