You just have to complete a quest as the description states. It's essentially impossible to miss this as you can't progress without doing a quest.

You can run through the first section of the first quest without having to fight anyone. Although, you will have to defeat the foes in the area to the north, and then progress to the area with the enemy commander and defeat him. If you have any difficulty just change the difficulty setting to easy.

To get this achievements you can pick any force and just do the first mission bandit trap and just go straight over to kill the bandit cheif then you will get this achievements should be the third four achievements you get in the game
