Evolutions are a new feature this year.
On ultimate team press RB to go to club and then evolutions. Pick welcome to evolutions, a list of players in your club that are eligible come up, pick any of the player. Then you just have to play a squad battle game on semi pro difficulty with that player in your starting team. ( they now have a green card) After the game go back to the evolutions screen and press claim. Then after claiming you have to play another squad battle game on semi pro and claim again on the evolutions screen to get the achievement.
