The quickest way to get this is go to kick off, then house rules & pick first to one goal. Then select two international women’s teams. When in the game you can just score a goal or an own goal because you don’t have to win the game then the game will end.

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring here and say if you copy the requirements for the "Bring it On" achievement and play as a Woman's International team in Kick Off then you can stack both of these from a "First to... 1" match.

Go onto Kick Off, choose x2 International Women's team. Complete the match for the trophy!

The fastest way to obtain this is to head to the Main Menu and hit Kick Off. Select Women’s and select International. Pick any two teams and play the match (you do not need to win). You can set the half length to 3 minutes in the game settings for a very quick and easy unlock.

Again, everything is simple. Quick Match - Women - Volta Mode - Own Rules - up to 1 goal.
And if you repeat it five times, then it’s “Series of Five.”
