How to unlock the Seasoned Veteran achievement in EA SPORTS FC 24 - Definitive Guide

You've got to play 90 games in Division Rivals to earn this.

There are 3 Milestone sections.

Milestone 1 = 20 games played
Milestone 2 = 50 games played
Milestone 3 = 90 games played

To see how many you've played, go into the menu where you'd start searching for a Rivals match, and underneath the "Play Rivals" tab it'll tell you your milestone progress

No idea, but it's not located in the Objectives tab. You find the Milestones within the Rivals section

It will always be 90 matches. Also, extremely important to note, your counter resets at the end of the season. We're currently around the halfway point, so you'd have to do the 90 matches in about 20 days.

Season 5 last for 41 days (started on 14 Mar, 2024). Good for achieve this objective.

Another question is can i complete once and unlock both achievements on Xbox one and X/S series.

I'm going to repeat what I said about this achievement when it was first unveiled in FIFA 23:

"This is the kind of achievement that just solidifies my belief that EA in general and the FIFA honchos in particular are just giant douchebags.

Two years ago - in FIFA 22 - this was "Reach Milestone 1 in a Rivals Season", which was 20 matches played - or about 5 to 10 hours of play time (albeit for a smaller 15 point achievement).

Now it's 90 matches - or somewhere between 30 to 45 hours of play time (and I'm going to bet that most people end up on the upper end of that range) for a 30 point achievement.

Like I said, major douchebags.

But what do you really expect?? It's EA, after all. Being a douchebag: it's "In The Game"!!

My suggestion - if you are masochistic enough to go for this achievement - and what I was going to do - is, instead of trying to push 35 or 40 or 45 hours of play time into a small 30 to 45 day window, wait until FC 24 winds down. At that point they will start a "season" that lasts about a year (season 10 in FIFA 23 currently has 168 days left on 04/24/2024 - but I'm pretty sure it was a 365 day season when it started), and you will have ample time to complete this quintessence of EA's demeanor toward their user base."

In FIFA 23 I never tried to complete this idiotic achievement during a "normal" short season, I just waited until that final long season started - and I'm now at 50 matches of the 90 - and it only took my 6 1/2 months to get there. I have 168 days to get those final 40 matches completed and get the stupid achievement.

However, in FC 24 they added a new mode to FUT - Evolutions - and because so many of the Evolutions require you to play 'x' number of Rivals matches - you kind of organically make progress on the requirements for this achievement. In Season 5 (the current season which is ending today, 04/24/2024), I realized about 20 or so days in that I had already gotten 45 matches under my belt - so I thought I'd get the other 45 - no worries - while working on the Evolutions. It turns out that either the Evolutions slowed down or the Rivals requirements in the Evolutions became less onerous - so I ended up today at 81 matches out of 90 with only 13 hours left in the season. Luckily I noticed it - I would have been majorly upset if I had run out of time while only 9 matches short.

I still say for the majority of achievement hunters that you should probably wait for that final end of the life-cycle long season - but if you are working on the Evolutions keep an eye on it - you might be close enough to pop it out before then.

One final note, in response to lfcjohn's question: yes, you can get it on both Series X/S and Xbox One with out having to do it twice. After I got the achievement on the Series X today, I went and played one more Rivals match on Xbox One - and that made it pop on that platform. (It has to be a Rivals match - I tried playing a Squad Battles match first - and that didn't cause it to pop.)

If you do not care about your stats then this achievement is easy.

Still takes time but you do not need to play a full "90 minutes".

Three own goals will cause the game to stop, with a win being handed to your opponent but the progression on the tracker ticks up.

Takes roughly 60 seconds to score three own goals.

Achievement should be yours in roughly 2-3 hours.

Finally got rid of this trophy !!
There no much quicker way of doing this one. You will have to play the 90 Rivals games (Online).

If you are playing a lot better than your opponent, you can aim to make him leaving the game so you won't need to play the full 90mins and the count is still on.
However, you can't leave any games by yourself as it won't count.
If you are getting hammered by a better opponent, bear with it. The objective is just to finish the game (not to win, not to score...)
Start playing this at the beginning the season and play regularly 3-4 games so you won't be overwhelmed when the season ending is near.
I finished during Season 7 without any server issue. It was nearly impossible to play during Season 6 due to server disconnection all the time.

Good Luck and be prepared for Yoga lesson to finish this one.
