How to unlock the Full Wardrobe achievement in EA SPORTS FC 24 - Definitive Guide
You need to obtain 50 items, through shop, volta pass or through objectives.
In terms of Volta coins, you need 1,250,000 to buy 50 items, however ultimately you won't need to buy all 50 as the volta pass will grant you a number of items as you progress it (there are 10 in this seasons).
There are no Volta coin farming methods/glitches currently in the game as far as I am aware so you most likely won't be able to obtain this until the next season starts, which is 18 days away from the date of posting.
Alternatively, you could spend 2,500 FC points to buy 50 items if you desperately want to unlock it now, however the obvious downside is that costs real money.

So that means the 59 people that already unlocked this achievement did spend FC points on it?
Was thinking this wouldn’t take long but that makes it different..
Maybe that’s why so many people “play” Volta by just leaving the controller for the whole match
Ruins the experience that otherwise would be fun

Technically it's possible without spending money: 10 items from the season pass, 18 from milestone challenges (some of these are a lot of grinding and will take a while). You get 260,000 coins as well from the season pass, which will get you an additional 10 items (25,000 each). So provided they do all that, it's 300,000 earned coins they need, or 600 FC points.

Unlike the previous FIFA, there is no bug for rewards; you have to earn everything yourself. The cheapest item costs 25k, there is no point in buying more, otherwise you will delay the already slow trophy. The most experience and coins are given for winning an arcade mode tournament (1k experience and 1k coins). Then I would advise playing in squads. They give you 750. It’s better, of course, with a friend/friends; you’ll win more often, because the team includes such noobs that you’ll grab your head. Lots of AFK, boosting the number of games. Enable cross-play in your accessibility settings to match players faster. I would advise you not to touch the battles mode at all, it gives you little experience and money, you will have to grind a lot, but online is at least more fun. In total, to earn one item you need to win a lot of online matches or tournaments. Therefore, immediately pay attention to the task tab. They also give you clothes for them, try to do everything. There are weekly tasks for experience. The fastest way to get items is to accumulate experience for lvl 20 seasonal rewards, for each level or item or money, in sufficient quantities to buy the item. Otherwise, you will save for a very long time. As a result, if you complete everything completely and take 20/20, you will need a season and a half in Volta, a month of waiting and about 50 hours of play. In the first season I collected 20/20 seasonal rewards and 15/18 tasks. The clothes were 39/50. There are often typos on assignments, for example, not to play, but to win 30 squad matches, etc. The ultimate item is not worth completing, it costs 250k, a common accessory for pro mode and volts - tattoos. Here is a build for leveling up a lvl 96 character. Good luck.

I didn’t worry about playing Volta at all, I was just trying and trying to get into the elite division in pro clubs, while I was playing matches in pro clubs, I just went to the Volta menu and picked up rewards, namely points and items for the level, spent points on ordinary things for 25k, when the season changed, already in the middle of the experience scale I received an achievement, so just don’t forget to periodically come in and collect rewards for experience, because in pro and volte clubs it is, roughly speaking, common.
