2-1 Remix is the best for this. 2 carriers immediately spawn at the very start of the level. Just take them out and keep restarting the level until you get it.

Carriers are the drop-ships in the sky that deploy various types of bugs. Wait until they open up their hatches and fire up into them. Homing weapons tend to work better for this.
You will notice that the inside of the hatches are glowing bright red. The health of the carrier is determined by the color of the inside hatch. Bright red means it is still very alive, while dark red means it's almost dead.
