On Stage 2-2: Predation there are a total of 3 Bombers Spiders to kill along with 2 Preying Mantis, 3 Wasps & 2 Carriers. The stage is relatively short and not too difficult and you can accumulate some hefty mini-boss kills. Once you have graduated to Hard mode you can easily play no-bots on Normal and rack up all the kills for yourself.

Bomber spiders are the fat spiders that shoot ticks out of their body. They don't have any particular weak spot and will continue spawning ticks if they aren't killed quickly. Just keep shooting and shooting until it dies. You should have this by the end of your first or second playthrough.
Any of the maps in survival mode offer a great way to rack up kills. See Good Start for details on where certain enemies are located and in what map/wave.
The, Pants, Party
You will get this (playing solo) during the third mission of Chapter 3 on your first playthrough. If you're in co-op you may not have got all of them, so it could take some more time. Chapter 2, Mission 5 has two of them at the end, and is also a great spot for Tick kills.
