Anthills are easy to destroy. All you have to do is run up and hold Y on an anthill to place a bomb and destroy it. If you get hit while placing the bomb you will be disrupted, so the best strategy is to shoot the hill with rockets until it becomes a dirt mound, then place the bomb.
