The, Pants, Party
There are 24 seed holes in the garden and you simply need to have a plant growing in each of the spots. As you continue to harvest each of the plants, they will mutate and award you with a new seed to plant. You will get three of each plant type eventually (so 24 seeds total) and will be able to fill up the garden. Refer to "Lango Plantmaster" for a bit more information.
