This achievement is story-related and can't be missed.
It is the very first achievement you'll get in Earthlock.
After the prologue playing as Ive, you'll be playing as Amon alongside his uncle Benjo.
When you are done with the puzzle in the Zabirum Temple, you will face the Temple Guardian.
Simply use the combat techniques you learned in the prologue and you'll beat this boss very easily.
