This seems impossible, until you realize that the gold star at the bottom right resets the clock. Even so, depending on your maze, the time may be close. I hit it right at the 15 second mark.

I suggest taking a look at the puzzle and reloading until you get one where it's pretty much just a straight shot from the gold star to the exit... first 4 I had were impossible then I got it in 9 seconds on the right maze.
