How to unlock the Battle for Honor achievement in El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron - Definitive Guide

This option becomes available after clearing the game once on any difficulty. After that, chapter select, along with difficulty for the chapter you select become available, and when you complete a chapter you can post your ranking/score to the leaderboards if you have a connection to Xbox LIVE.

do i need to be gold? or can do it with silver account?

This feature is unlocked after you complete your first playthrough. Just make sure you are signed in to PSN, start a new game, and complete any chapter and this trophy should unlock.
