Heads up that after beating the game my cheevo did not initally pop.

But after I finished the game I went into NEWGAME and checked which levels it gave me a rank in ... You can tell this because if the level counted it will give you a D with score of 0 , If it did not count it for you it will show NO RANK and have a score or ---

After I finished my level 1 , 2 and 11 were not recorded so I had to replay those levels then my cheevo popped.

Level 0 will never show a score.

To add on to what NINja said, I had to do the same (levels 1-4 had no score) and still no dice. I had to replay level 0 (even though no score will ever be recorded) in order to get the achievement (the "easy" version ... I cannot be bothered with playing through this game on normal).

You will receive this trophy at the end of your first playthrough (assuming of course that you played on Normal, as is recommended). Note that unlocking this trophy also unlocks "Angels".
