Play chapter 10 and take no weapons from any enemies which you can do on any difficulty and in any costume. You can take weapons from Wisps that appear. Be careful you don't accidentally take an weapon when trying to purify your own.

when I get to chapter 10. I can make another hard save and go through this level without taking their weapons and then reload that save go through all of it taking their weapons.

This trophy is most easily obtained by playing through Chapter 10 on Easy mode with the Special Armor equipped. This allows you to take the extra time it takes to defeat enemies without a weapon without having to worry about your health, making this trophy much easier to get. (Note: acquiring weapons from pearls does not count against the trophy.)
