How to unlock the Time In The Spotlight achievement in El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron - Definitive Guide

Once you are on Armaros' floor, you will enter an amphitheater type place where he puts on a dance performance while these little grunt back-up dancer guys keep climbing up from the back of the stage. Until he finishes his dance (2 minutes or less it seemed) you can keep killing these little fellows. If you are up against the edge of where you can walk to, they will hang back and not come into range if you are armed with the veil or possibly the arc - I would recommend trying to keep the gale on hand once you are on Armaros' floor, as this seems like the best way to kill these guys, and, although they don't have much health even on normal, obviously they'd die faster on easy difficulty. The last Lucifel save point before this event where you can change weapons is the one with the lake with islands floating by and Lucifel is saying "Yeah, we're still underwater." I killed far more with the gale than when I initially tried with the veil which I came into the "show" with, but I was still not able to kill 50 in time after a couple tries. I think I got pretty close, but it seems like this would be most easily obtained, obviously, on easy, and so far I am only on my first playthrough on Normal.

Edit: After completing the game, I went back to this stage using chapter select and put it on easy, and killed 70+ of the little dancers using the gale. You can even save up an Overboost for this section if you want, but it's not even necessary using this method.

All is true. I attempted to do this on Normal difficulty setting by using the weapon Gale, and I could only kill about 47 enemies during Armaros show. And I have purified my weapon whenever necessary.

Ok so I have it on easy and I have the Gale. I've watched several videos and I still can't get it. I'm as far away from the edge as I can get, I spam X a few times then hold it so the stuff flies around killing all, spam X a few more times and repeat etc. I still can't get it. My weapon only needed to be purified once so it's not like I'm spending a lot of time doin that. Any suggestions?

Part of the trick is to make sure you're not aiming at Armaros. I stayed near the screen and kept hitting X while pointing my analog in the general enemy directions. First try. Used my super and the gale on easy.

Probably the easiest way to obtain this trophy is by playing through Chapter 7 on Easy with the Gale equipped. When you reach Armaros and his show begins, just start going nuts with the Gale. On Easy mode, especially with good timing of your attacks, you should get the trophy well before the show comes to its conclusion. This is also a great place for fiery orbs and high combos.

End of Chapter 7, battle with Armaros. Before the actual battle begins, Armaros will dance, and his “backup dancers” will dance. will attack you. It is them that you need to kill in the amount of 50 pieces. It doesn't really matter what difficulty level you play on, the enemies are very weak and die quickly. I recommend having Gale (Storm) with you, then you can easily hit over 70 enemies, which is more than enough to get the achievement.
