In chapter 2 you will encounter 3 hibernating mechs. Once the sensor areas are highlighted for you do the following: Go straight ahead and hop down. Follow the overhang across the area to the ramp. Take the ramp up and turn around. Hop up the handhold then across the poles to the platform. Go across the girder to the other side. IGNORE the health kit. There is no way of getting it and sneaking past the mechs. Hop across to the other side and then as soon as you land on the ground outside the achievement will pop.

While the other solution works great, if you've already passed that section and want to get it without havin to replay most of a chapter, at the very beginning of chapter 3 there is another simple opportunity for it.

Right after Tripp initiations a scan that reveals three 'unconscious' mechs, climb up the crates to your left and over the yellow structure. Follow the path towards the right, over to the scaffolding. Make sure you toss Tripp across the gap (and subsequently help her up) as the achievement will only unlock once she joins you back on the ground after you both hop down from the shipping container.

In Chapter 3 near the beginning, you'll come across a section where Trip suggests you sneak past a group of Mechs rather than confront them. Jump on top of the truck and make your way across the wooden platforms. When Trip needs your help jumping over a gap, do so and be prepared to haul her back up (such a nuisance right?). After you get to the other side, Trip will comment on how that was "Too close". The trophy should unlock right after.

NOTE: There is a lone Orb that you will not be able to get if you skip this part. Replay the chapter after the trophy unlocks if you wish to get it now.
