Edit: I am a dummy. This is not missible. You can swap points around all you want. I didn't realize this until I was at 80 hours into the game, lol.
There are currently a total of approx. 112 Mainframe Components in the game.
You need 90 for this achievement is you dump 15+15 Expansions into the two attributes you choose. One Expansion = 3 Components
The best way to tell where they are all is to link the wiki.
It breaks down each system, and then each location.

Referring to the state of the current guide...
There's no need to explain how you're a dummy and had to learn about swapping points and then crossing out what you previously had.
Simply edit the guide and delete the erroneous information from early. Your learning process should not be part of the guide. Save that story for the comments, if you think it's remains relevant.
Leaving it clutters what we need to know. Keep it short, concise and simple.
