Equip the Energized Boost device from the Ship menu and fully upgrade it to Mastered. Then, press 
3 times to cycle down to the High Pressure mode. Next, look for a space battle that has 3 enemies near each other and aim your ship at them. Hold 
to bring up the devices menu and press 
in the direction where Energized Boost is slotted. Shortly after flying through the pack of enemies, the Under Pressure achievement will unlock.

The ENERGIZED BOOST is a support device for the ship and is automatically part of it from the beginning. It must be upgraded to "Mastered", so it's necessary to be at least level 4. (Mastering a device also unlocks another achievement, so it's recommened to go ahead and upgrade this device first.)
To see your devices:
Hit the
button and tab over to SHIP.
Upgrade and equip the ENERGIZED BOOST device, and while it's highlighted, PULL to select the HIGH PRESSURE mode. (This must be selected.)
During a dogfight, look for 3 or more enemies bunched together. Hold then press the in the direction where the ENERGIZED BOOST device is mapped, and fly right through the enemies.
It may take a few tries, but it'll come.
Congrats ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED!
It's recommended to play on VERY EASY. (Difficulty can be changed anytime.)

I don't recall when, where or how the ENERGIZED BOOST is acquired, or how much it costs. It may be in your inventory from the start.
I do remember it being obtained early.
Anyone is welcomed to confirm, if you think it's relevant.

Confirmed myself that the ENERGIZED BOOST Support Device is part of your ship at the beginning.
