How to unlock the Thought Collector achievement in Everything - Definitive Guide

You have to listen to enough thought bubbles from other creatures you encounter to trigger this trophy. Look for the cloud icon in your horizon, walk/slide/rotate closer to it until you can interact with it with X. I don't know the number but I got it after 2.5 hours of playing the game and I interacted with every thought bubble I found in that time.

This is actually earned by collecting the audio files which is an flashing octogon in the distance.
