From the start, head to the area by the front door to find a small chest. See Master of unlocking (80G) for a key. After, turn back right and enter the first door to the right and head upstairs. Follow the only way to go here, and you will find yourself in the basement. Turn right and pick up the next item that is by the flickering lamp and head through the far door again.
