From the start, head for the basement door then turn back and head into the bathroom. The lights will go out and you will be locked in for a short time. Keep spinning until you see a vision and the door will unlock. Head to the cabinet where the chest is and grab the torch for Light at the end of the tunnel (30G). Head into the basement and turn right for the next item next to the lamp and head through the door at the back of the basement.
