From the start, head along the corridor and stop by the front door where the gramaphone is and interact with it for Music for my ears (30G). Head to the basement door then turn around and head toward the figure that has appeared. After head back towards and enter the basement, and turn right to get the next item by the lamp and then head through the door at the back of the basement.
