Achieving this is simply a matter of playing ten different exosuits. You will generally naturally achieve this if you swap around. Winning games will grant you extra experience, so try to play well to speed this up. The Story Missions will also tend to grant a lot of experience too, so use these to level up.

First Alpha suit variants don’t count. It’s for the original 10 suite.

I was at 130 missions logged when I unlocked this achievement.

How long it takes you will mainly depend on your skill level with the “assault” class. The tanks and support are pretty easy to level.

Try not to change suits unless you have to. The XP split isn’t good and it’s also not predictable. What I mean is you might play the entire first part of the mission and then come to the final set of challenges, change suit and then get much more XP with your second suit than your first even though the play time isn’t equal.
