This achievement is for killing every Dino type in the game. Playing as a healer can have you miss out on some important kills so make sure to do damage with your shoulder cannon aswell. As people are reporting some drops are incredibly rare such as the cryo neosaur and the pyroneosaur. The later can be found on the boss level and the cryo one on the vulcano level which i havent even encountered once while being level 90 so theres that.

If you're having trouble getting some of the more elusive Dinos to appear, turn off cross-play. I completed the campaign and was in the mid 50s player level wise and I turned off cross play around level 72. With cross play off the game will struggle to match you with some and if everything goes to plan the game throws you into a game solo with bots on your team versus another set of bots. Since you're the only player in the game the game uses your player level to gauge what Dinos should be appearing. In my first game I had Cryo Neosaurs appear twice and in subsequent games Evoker, Pyro and Umbral started appearing. It should be noted that Umbral Neosaurs don't pop up showing their name when killed. Also, with crossplay off I was able to farm the Trigger Neosaur by throwing the game from the beginning.
