Looks like the earliest award that unlocks is by playing 5 matches.

In this guide we will show you how to equip awards and earn the “Exofighter's Honor” Achievement/Trophy.
In Capcom's Exoprimal you are rewarded with various “Awards” once you complete a certain number of activities. In total you can equip up to three “Awards” on your Player Tag and brag to other players about your outstanding performance in the game.
To equip an “Award” you should go to the “Career” section from the main menu. Then move the cursor to the “Awards” tab and equip one of them to earn the “Exofighter's Honor” Achievement/Trophy.
The first “Award” is given to you after completing 5 matches in Dino Survival mode. If you're a little luckier like us, you might have unlocked a Legendary Skin and been rewarded with the “All That Glitters” Award.
Whatever “Award” you have unlocked is enough to earn the “Exofighter's Honor” Achievement/Trophy.

On the main menu, head into the Career tab, click on Awards, and then equip one of the many that you will have unlocked after, say, five matches. Do that and you’ll unlock this trophy.
