How to unlock the Exosuit Developer achievement in Exoprimal - Definitive Guide
The Vigilant, Murasame and Nimbus exosuits are locked at the beginning of the game. You can either buy the Head Start Kit from the Microsoft store, or you can buy the suits using 5000 in game currency (Bikcoin) at specific level milestones;
Nimbus - Player level 20
Murasame - Player level 30
Vigilant - Player level 40
Once you own all three by whatever means you decide, from the main menu, go to the Hanger by pressing twice. Select one of the three stated exosuits, then use twice more to reach the Customisation tab.
If you bought the Head Start Kit, you'll have at least one new Exosuit skin for each suit. If not, you have to earn cosmetics via the season pass (usually the premium track) or by unlocking War Chests and getting lucky with the drops.
Once you own a cosmetic for each Exosuit, select the cosmetic to get a preview and then remember to hit to actually equip the cosmetic. Repeat for the other two suits, then this will pop.

Worth noting that the exosuits cost 5000 Bikcoin each once unlocked.

This one is very easy in execution; you just have to head into the Hangar, then into the Customization tab, and change a skin for each one. The kicker is that these are the three unlockable suits. You have to level up and buy them with the in-game currency, BikCoin: level 20 for Nimbus, 30 for Murasame, and 40 for Vigilant. Or you can pay real money for them.
