You can buy the skins, decal and charm with in game currently - depending on play style and how much you win you should get this pretty easy (I think no more than 10,000 is needed).
Alternatively you can unlock them from the war chest (free lootboxes every few level and then every level after 50), so whatever skin you unlock from opening them it's best to then buy the weapon skin on that character since the decal/charm are universal between the suits.

This one just entails going into the Hangar on the main menu, picking your desired exosuit, and tabbing across to Customization. From this menu, you can spruce up your fighter with a custom suit, skin, charm, and decal. These you can buy with in-game currency, called BikCoin, or you can pay with real cash to unlock some of the more exotic options. Either way, this will take about 30 seconds to pop; just play a few matches to accrue a few thousand BikCoin, and equip one of each.
