You unlock the Murasame exosuit at player level 30, or you can spend your hard-earned cash by purchasing the Head Start Kit from the Xbox Store, which unlocks the Murasame, Nimbus and Vigilant suits.
Once you have them, you can favourite your chosen suit (in this case the Murasame) so you load into a game as that suit, rather than having to change during a game.
As Murasame, your block damage using your
ability. While under attack, press and you'll block damage for all directions for a few seconds. Simply repeat this over time to block 10,000 damage.
This does not have to be performed in a single match.

How does the counterattack trigger do you need to take a certain amount of damage in one go or something? And does it automatically then attack?

You have to take a certain amount of damage (you’ll see an x-shaped shield appear around you).

Murasame is great for wading into dense crowds. His 
ability, the Vajra Counter, guards against attacks from all directions while boosting his attack power. The easiest way to grab this trophy is to use Murasame’s Strafe Hook ability (
) to zip into the thick of a crowd, and immediately activate the Vajra Counter. Do this in four or five matches of Dinosaur Survival, and you’re done.
