As simple as it sounds. Choose to play as Deadeye and kill 1000 dinosaurs. Currently it does not track progress but I managed to get it when my Deadeye was level 4 so should pop around then.
When there are large groups of enemies don’t forget to use his Y+B power to mow down lots of weak enemies at once.

The quickest way to unlock this one is to play as Deadeye (the assault-type exosuit) and use the Rifle Grenade. It’s your

ability and it fires a big grenade – pump it into a crowd of velociraptors, then hang back and pepper the leftovers with your rifle. Easy cleanup. Keep doing that and you’ll unlock this in no time.
