This is story related and cannot be missed.
Once you complete the initial tutorial mission as part of your hiring process with the company, you'll get some cutscenes which set up the main plot, then dropped into a live fire simulation of an actual mission with actual objectives to complete. After the boss fight, you'll get some more cutscenes and then you'll make it back to the main hub and the Achievement is yours.

Another essential one, head into a match of Dinosaur Survival and see it through. You don’t even have to win, just give it your all and return to the menu.
