The Elite Powered Armor Unit is very easy to defeat if you picked up the missile launcher. Run to the small building to the left, cook a shock grenade and throw it at the Armor Unit through the window. Then while it’s stunned, shoot it with the missile launcher and it should go down in four shots on hard. If you didn’t pick up a missile launcher previously, you can grab one from the enemy on the second floor of the building across the street.
