The achievement is for the Reborn campaign.
This achievement is earned in mission two, after falling into the building after escaping Replica forces. Proceed down the the building until you hear the man say "I will show you the way" keep going over two closed doors and notice a TV in the background. Jump across the three couches and hold X to turn up the volume. Then rock out until your fun is ended by the tremor, unlocking the achievement.

After escaping the Heavy Armor in Mission 2 you will be descending some rubble in a burning building. As you descend you will see a TV a short distance away, make your way to the TV and hit 
to turn up the volume. A theme song will play and the TV will fall, the Trophy will pop right afterwards. See the video below for the TV's location:
