This video guide by Thomas' Trophy Tutorials helped me get all the posters. The only one that was different was the 'Woof~Woof" as you do just keep eating noodles, but you have to get Chuan to upgrade the noodles by eating plain ones, leave/come back, eat plain a couple more times, leave/come back and then eat the Classic Chili Noodles 3 times for him to reward it.

Slum fighter is bugged for me.
After defeating the first boss in tournament, that little menu with the two choices "next battle" and "exit" never dissapears. It stays on screen active in the second fight and while you can control Rayton, you also jump between those two choices. If you hit "next battle" while fighting, the enemies are gone so you can't proceed.
Second bug in the game that keeps me away from completion. 🙄

There is no poster for slum fighter literally just follow the video and it unlocks fine I will admit though if you do play that mini game it did it too me as well
