For the most part, these are collected as you explore and complete the maps. The one that threw me for a loop was #11 from this video by Aboelsas Show.

Mine is bugged. Got them all but is not unlocking. The same with the EP version…

I think if one achievement is bugged they all are. I got 1 on my first play through and after no more registered. I finally started a new game and always made sure to quit to menu before leaving the game - no issues since.

Keep in mind you should have 8 bars, I thought mine was glitched when it wasn't.

I have 100% on all the maps, bought everything, opened all the treasure chests, but I'm still missing one HP extract.

Oh wait, I'm missing one in the Mine, even though the map says 100%? That makes no sense, unless the upgrades don't count for map percentage? Yeah that was the one I was missing, that's probably the trickiest and most out of the box upgrade in the game .

Great guide thanks, #11 was what I missed too, I thought I had missed another somewhere cos the cheevo didn't pop but it turns out my last HP upgrade was hidden in my last skeleton key chest in the sewers protected by NINJA FROG! So got 2 cheevos to pop at once, sweeeeet!!! 😊😊👍
