This requires you to drink 4 carrot juice without stopping. Will need to upgrade max EP twice before this is possible but than just chug away.

The most important part is to keep RT pressed so you can get all 4 drinks in one go without stopping. Otherwise it won't work.

Is this a Metal Slug reference/Easter Egg? In those games if you ate too many food items too fast your character would get fat.
