You unlock the Exploding Puppet by returning 20 plant seeds to Pippin. Unlocking the puppet upgrade from Jingles can help as well.
An easy place to unlock this achievement is in Old Town, on the left side of the map below the ?? character asking about the moon. There is 2 drones, 1 gun enemy, and 2 small jumpy robots. I recommend kiting the small jumpy robots down from their ledge onto the roof with the gun enemy. Then just jump onto the roof with them and quickly through a puppet down. All 5 of these enemies die to a single puppet so as long as 3 of the 5 are close enough, you should get it.

I also did this in Old Town, but near the top left before the flat part that takes you to Joffre Street. 2 green guys with guns and one with a sword. Even with one gun guy on the right side of a box, a max upgraded puppet took all 3 out if you get them all by the box. Might not even need max upgrade especially on easy but I did have it.
