Just keep racing through your career, eventually you will be offered a contract, don't respond and just win the next race and the achievement will pop.

I actually got the achievement for winning the race where the contract was offered after it and got it without knowing.

The fastest cars round a track are Red Bull, but Red Bull, Ferrari and McLaren are all great. Those are the 3 main companies.

At a certain point in the season you will be offered new contracts. From your own team and maybe others depending on how well you have done. You have to win a race before accepting a new contract.
