As you progress through career mode, if you keep completing the Qualifying sessions and can land a few pole positions, you'll probably get this naturally through the game.

If you want to get it a quicker way though, it can be also done in:
- Grand Prix
-> Short Race Weekend

This means you only have to compete in a single Qualifying session, coming first and getting the fastest time in each of the 3 sectors as you do so. It's still slightly tricky, but means you don't need to bother with two extra sessions.

To make this easier, I put the weather settings onto Heavy Rain, since the AI drives much more conservatively in these conditions, giving you more scope to get the fastest time. Choose one of the fastest teams (McLaren, Ferrari, or Red Bull), put the difficulty on easy (without Brake Assist, unless you find that it helps), and choose a track you're comfortable with. I chose Monza, being that it's one of the shortest, and if you keep your foot down on the long straights and navigate the corners without much hassle you can easily beat the AI's times.

So to recap, use Grand Prix mode on a Short Race Weekend, with Heavy Rain weather conditions. Skip the Practice session since you won't need it, then set as good a time as you can for the lap. Remember you have 4 rewinds if you need them (via the Back button on the controller, then X), so drive as aggressively as possible. If you run out of rewinds, restart the session.

As soon as you've set a good time, return to the garage and select the monitor in front of you to view the qualifying standings as they happen. If you drove well enough, you'll see your lap time with the sectors in purple text - showing they were fastest this session. Unfortunately you can't see the final sector time (if you know how, post a comment), but essentially if you have two purple numbers, and none of the AI get a purple final sector, you're good to go. Use RB to fast forward time to the end of the session, and if none of the AI beat you, the achievement will pop once the session time is up.
