tried the one above and did not work, when u have done the areodynamics as above you then have to go into the gearbox settings and put the 6th gear all the way to the right which is 223mph then the rest is as above

I used the same method with the aerodynamics to 1 but it will work with any car- I used the lotus and it reaches well over 200 and i got the achievement, so car choice does not matter in the slightest.

You will get this eventually. But to get it quickly: go to time trial, pick one of the best cars (Red Bull, McLaren or Ferrari) and go to Monza. The last corner of the lap and first straight are pretty ideal for this. Any track that has a long enough straight will do though. You might have to adjust the set up a little to give more top speed.

Start a time trial session at Monza. In the garage, go to your engineer and change the quick car setup to the far right option. Since you're doing a time trial, you will start on a flying lap. Hold down the throttle for the entirety of the straight and you'll reach 220mph/353kph.

You can get it in Monza. After the last turn, you go to the starting straight and just hold the gas until the first turn, and don’t brake there, before that, in the menu before the race, set the maximum speed of the car on the straights in the settings. (There are also good straights in SPA and Turkey)
