How to unlock the APRIL SHOWER achievement in F1 2011 - Definitive Guide

It seems that there are only certain tracks that will have rainy weather such as Sao Paulo, Silverstone, and Spa. Choose one of these tracks under "Quick Race". Then go to "Race Settings" and select "Weather" to be "On". Simply win the race and the trophy will unlock. If you have not unlocked this trophy, you will do so when you unlock Stirling Performance.
