Similar to previous F1 games which I've done guides on for this.
Once you've won a race (career/multiplayer I believe also works), go to your mail by pressing
, this will load your emails on which you will be able to redeem the trophy for a race you've just won.
Then go to F1 Life -> Trophies -> Select a trophy to display in an empty slot and the achievement will unlock.
