This Achievement can glitch.
You should get this by simply playing the game and it should unlock very early on in the game.
But !!! it can glitch and not unlock ! This happened to me. If this did happen to you then simply play a new game with a new character up until a new game unlocks and it should unlock.
I know 5 people that it has happened to. So don't worry if it didn't unlock.

I had the exact same problem. It happened when i imported my character from the fable2 game and used that character. It never unlocked the achievement even though i was unlocking new games as I was playing along.
Had to try a new character to get it to work.

same here i have the achievement for unlocking all gametypes but not this one

You will get this by playing any game long enough. You'll get it on the way to 3 star gambler.

The way to unlock a new game is to have spend so much cash on Keystone, Bloodstone, Fortune's Tower or Spinnerbox until you get the achievement. Winning or losing doesnt matter as long as you spend money. There is no way to know how close you are to unlocking a new game mode. The quickest way( if your not worried about losing money)is to bet on everything on Keystone and roll the dice and press RB to repeat the same bet and so on and it should unlock in no time.
There is a glitch that may cause you to not unlock the achievement even after unlocking all game types so all you have to do is to simply start a new character in the pub games and try again. Should then unlock no problem.
