Some tips for the tournaments:
Fortune's Tower: Start out with average bets, and be happy with anything 15 or over once you use your gate card. IE. try to not to lose too much money early on in the tournament. If you see yourself on the losing end you should gamble a little more as it doesn't matter if you lose by a little or by much.
Keystone: Don't bet. Place a single bet on the arch and nothing inside. The other players will usually lose so much money that you end up in 3rd-4th place almost every time.
Spinnerbox: Watch a movie while you're pressing A, or write a solution. You'll get it eventually, at least I hope so for my own sake :)

*this is similar to TAREKEGYPT's post, but it does have some differences.
ok... the keystone tournaments definitely gave me the biggest problem on this game. and I have a sure fire way to get this achievement if you are having problems getting it due to the keystone tournaments.
heres what I did for the keystone tournaments:
when first starting MAX BET on ALL archstones 3 - 18. then when you get to the inside bets, MAX bet on the ENTIRE bottom row which is 3, 3 of kind (2s), 3 of a kind (3s), TRIPS, 3 of a kind (4s), 3 of a kind (5s), and 18.
Now roll.
if you dont get trips or a jackpot on the first roll, then do all the same inside bets as before and roll again. keep doing this until you get trips. or until you run out of money. if that happens just cash out and exit game and then start the tournament over.
when you get trips (3 of a kind) you are going to get a payout for betting on TRIPS, for betting on whatever 3 of a kind you got, and also for the archstone that you bet on that the 3 of a kind equalled. this 9 times out of 10 will put you at more than double the score of the #2 guy.
for the rest of the tournament dont make anymore inside bets!!!! only make a minimum bet on 1 archstone to get the game going. you could max bet on the archstones still, but it is not recommended because if the 3, both the 10 and 11,or 18 is removed you will lose quit a bit of gold, which you dont want! at this point you are so far ahead that the only thing that would knock you out of first place is if the computer scored a jackpot and 4 or 5 trips but im pretty sure that no one would have luck that bad. if in some crazy way you do happen to get a few bad rolls where the computer gets alot, you should atleast be far enough ahead in the beginning that you will atleast finish in the top 5.
I sat here tonight playing this game for 2 hours trying to beat these tournaments using other peoples methods, then I tried this and beat all tournaments in 20 minutes.
As for the spinnerbox tournaments there is no real strategy. you have no control over how much you bet, and you have no way of altering your spins. you just have to get lucky.
Fortunes Tower really isn't that difficult. Just watch the tutorial, and play fortunes tower enough to get the hang of it and to know what you are doing and you should be fine.

Great advice for Keystone! That game was a pain without it!

These were the last tournament wins I needed and your tips worked like a charm. I also got "No Stone Unturned" while trying this. Thanks!

For the Keystone Tournaments:
max bet 3,10,11,18 on the arch
inside max bet the bottom row 3-18 and keep doing it
depending on what tournament you play you constantly lose money, then once trips hit, you've bet on it at 200:1 and 35:1 or similar odds, so once i won with that i just bet on 10,11 on the arch and didnt bet on the inside (once u run out of cash quit, and restart and do same strategy)
this is not my strategy i got it from the net

The "Unique Items" this achievement refers to are the 15 items in your Inventory (Play Games->Inventory). There are 5 for each game.
Keystone:
I agree with Sh0ck Trooper on Keystone. Just place a minimum opening bet on one of the arch stones. Do NOT place any Inside bets. The odds are against you on every possible bet so chances are you'll do better by not betting. You need to place in the top 5 which should be pretty easy.
Spinnerbox:
No strategy here. Just mindless mashing on the A button.
Fortune's Tower:
This game does have some strategy to it although you will lose money most of the time:
If the Gate card HAS been played and you have a score of 10 or greater, you should Accept Offer.
If the Gate card has NOT been played and you have a score of 17 or greater, it pays to Accept Offer.
I recommend betting the max for each hand.
You have get 1st place at your table (12 hands), then compete against winners of the other tables. There are only 5 players in the play-off round so that guarantees at least 5th place (overall) which is what you need.

There are a total of 5 tournaments for Keystone, Fortune's Tower and Spinnerbox. In order to claim the unique item from each tournament you need to place within the top 5 postions.
Here are some tips;
For Keystone place the highest possible outer bet on 3,11,12 and 18. For the inside bets place the highest possible bets on pairs,3,triple 2,triple3,trips,triple 4, triple 5 and 18. This way when a triple comes up you'll end up with almost twice the amount of another player(unless they bet on a triple too). If your winning by a big amount then dont bet and just play out the rest of the tournament. If your winning by a small amount then bet the maximum on 12,13,14,15,16,17 and 18. This way you have a fairly good chance of winning and when you win on 16 17 or 18 you'll win enough to get ahead. As there is a lot of chance involved it may turn against you a lot and you may need to try many times until you win.
For Fortune's Tower always place the maximum possible bet and dont accept an offer any less than 15(otherwise you'll end up getting back less than what you put on). Most hands dont play out further than 4 rows unless the Gate Card hasn't been used so dont continue unless its still useable. If you get a row of greater than 30 then accept as it probably wont happen again in the same hand.
Spinnerbox is unfortunately entirely random so there are no tips I can provide. Just try and get lucky and hope the other players do bad.

A tip for making Fortune's Tower really easy. When the game was first released there was a bug that allowed you to bet minimum but get paid out as if you've bet maximum. This was eventually updated, but you can access the bug if you clear your system cache (how to do this is beyond the scope of this solution, do a Google search, it's not difficult or dangerous).
Once you're playing an unpatched version, start a game of Fortune's Tower, set it to minimum bet, then press deal. While the first cards are dealing quickly press left bumper, and you'll notice your bet has gone to the maximum, although you've only lost the minimum from your pool. You'll need to set your bet back to minimum after each hand.
Using this method makes it very quick and easy to win all the Fortune's Tower tournaments, not to mention you can earn a lot of cash for your Fable II character too.
