After cleansing the final outpost (the shuttle) Fast travel back to the refuge. You'll be given a quest *A disturbing memory surfaces...something about the crypt in your refuge*
Simply head into the crypt to start the ending. At one point you'll be given the option to smash the
button. Do this to get one ending. Once back at the title screen, select continue and you'll spawn at the refuge with the mission still active, do it again except this time DO NOT press the button when prompted, after a short time the second ending will play out. popping the achievement.

I need some help. I cleared all the outposts, but when I cleared the last one and returned to the refuge, i didn't release the crypt to finish the game. What do you still have to do? I've returned to the shuttle several times and returned to the refuge, but I can't see the final cut scenes.
