Fade to Silence

Followers will gain trust in you over time. As you are exploring and returning to the refuge you'll occasionally trigger a conversation where you're follower will tell you about their life. This achievement pops after the first time a character conversation. I stood and listened to the whole conversation for each character, not sure if you leave mid conversation what happens. You'll know if a conversation event is available if when returning to the refuge the game will prompt you saying a character wants to talk.

To make these events appear make sure you return to the refuge at regular intervals, you can manage much of the game remotely, but the conversation events don't spawn unless you return to the refuge. If for some reason you are wasting time in the refuge you will have to leave and then return for the follower conversations to trigger.
