Fade to Silence

The first blizzard is scripted, after you complete the quest to collect firewood. The temperature will drop and the snow will get visibly deeper. Get back to the refuge or one of the camps and start a fire. If you are far away from the refuge when this starts look for a blue beam while using the RT power. Lite the barrel with the wood you collected, you can rest to pass the time. After the blizzard has passed the achievement will pop.
