Story related and un-missable:
Oberon - Top of the Tower of Avalon
Marilou - Sitting on a Rock near the Tower of Avalon
Aziel - Down on the beach fighting Goblin's (First Companion)
Bert - By the Mirror's you use to navigate worlds (second companion)
Bron the Fisherman - Down by the beach next to his house
Manon the Mermaid - In the ocean, but she only appears during Bert's quest to find his missing book pages
William and Tom the Trolls - One of Bert's brothers they are just down the road from the Tower of Avalon (Make sure to talk to the both of them)
Missable:
Mariliane - Second level in the Tower of Avalon
Marsyas - In the central part of the island, just past William and Tom, further down the road from the Tower of Avalon
Arachne - Down the road from the Tower of Avalon on a raised part of the central village, very close to Marsyas
Mustard Seed - Down the road from the Tower of Avalon, very close to Marilou
Chugflea (Hardest one to find) - Start at the mirrors facing away from the village. He is just over the tiny hill of rock right in front of you, fly over it and look left or right and he should be down on a little ledge near the ocean.
GENERAL TIPS:
Stay on the road, it will lead you to 90% of the people of Avalon, Chugflea and Mariliane are the exceptions.
If you get lost, fly up high and look for the road

MISSABLE
You will find most of them from doing the quests given to you to find and gather your companions. You may want to see the list to see who you missed. Others will come from doing side quests. Press 
and go to the notebook to see who you may have missed. There are 12 inhabitants altogether and you have to speak with all of them before the trophy will pop. All inhabitants of the world have a blue shining light coming from their head, making them easier to see.
- King Oberon
He will always be at the top of the Tower. 4th floor.
- Marilys & Marilou
They will be there once you have awoken and guide you to the king. They can also be found on the mountain upon a big rock, where the two houses are
- Azielle
She can be found on the beach, the left side of the tower. She will be part of the main quest and become your companion.
- Arachne
She will be on the lower level of the mountain. She is near three houses and there are trolls that are outside not too far from her. You will have to see her for one of the main quest and a side one too.
- Mustard seed
He is on the right side of the tower behind Marilys & Marilou, by a house, he has a side quest for you.
- Mariliane
The first floor of the tower. A little faery in blue. She is part of a quest that Bert gives to you.
- Bron The Fisherman
If you look from the first floor of the tower to the left, far out you will see a house. That is where Bron the fisherman should be. He is part of a quest that you will have to complete. He wears a yellow fisherman coat.
- Chugflea
The hardest of them all. From Bron you want to stay to the left side of the mountain close to the sea. Take the side of the chimney, Chugflea will be upon a mountain. He is small, but you should see the light coming from him.
- Bert
He is hard to miss, you have to pass by there at some point if you want to progress through the game. Bert is by the mirrors. He will also be one of your companions.
- Marsyas
He is to the left of Arachne (if you are looking at her), in the center of three houses. He has a simple quest for you.
- William
You can meet him and the brother Tom in front of the steps by Arachne's house. You will also get into a fight with him in a quest to have Bert as a companion.
- Manon
The Mermaid from the sea. You will have to do a quest that involves her and the fisherman once you start the search for the pages that went into the sea.
